When the democratic island nation of Caldera is plunged into war by the expansionist Seranovan Directorate, an elite squadron of fighter pilots finds itself on the front lines of a conflict that threatens everything they hold dear. Blending breathtaking aerial combat, political intrigue, personal tragedy, and the fragile bonds of love, Black Altitude explores the human cost of war through those who fight it. In a world divided by ambition and ideology, courage alone cannot guarantee survival—and even among the darkest clouds, hope may be the last thing worth fighting for.
