Watching over the peninsula is Princess Charenka, an Ainu local legend and ghost who bestows deep, unyielding love on those she touches. Invisible to everyone except Skip, she quietly directs fate, nudging him and the town’s determined women toward clumsy, suggestive romantic disasters. Skip only sees her in the instant before something ecchi happens, and afterward she answers his panic with a mischievous smile before vanishing. With his identification, a chauffeur, a cheap seaside house, a town full of determined women, and a ghostly director of romantic chaos, Skip tries to survive a bright, warm, comedy-first nightmare of unwanted attention and escalating romantic chaos.
