PROJECT: HERO

Action · Romance · Fantasy · 1 episodes

For decades, professional heroes have protected society from superpowered criminals and catastrophic threats. Hero academies train the next generation, and the greatest heroes have become symbols of hope throughout the world. For most young people, becoming a hero is a dream. For our eighteen-year-old protagonist, it is an opportunity to prove that his unstable power does not determine the person he can become. He enrolls in one of the nation’s most prestigious hero academies, where he meets aspiring heroes from different backgrounds, including an extraordinarily gifted young woman whose abilities far exceed those of most first-year students. Their student years bring training, tournaments, friendships, rivalries, romance, and first encounters with genuine danger. Beyond the academy, independent factions are challenging the authority of professional heroes. Some believe hero society is corrupt. Others want to dismantle the licensing system, while certain groups pursue far darker ambitions. As conflicts escalate, evidence emerges that powerful people within the hero system have secretly cooperated with these factions. The students soon discover that becoming a hero is not simply about defeating villains. It is about deciding what they are willing to protect, who they can trust, and what being a hero truly means.
