Carrying the relic after their first encounter, Curlian and shrine traveler Ascensia journey toward Eidolon, a distant town where ancient sages may explain his power. Ascensia is seeking the sages' powerful anti-curse spirit tags to cure her father, and the two agree to travel together for company and safety.
