Blades in the Storm

Two brothers awaken different powers and become public rivals. Halo, the older brother, uses teleportation and purple lightning to impose control, while Solo, the youngest, uses super speed and lightning to protect people. Solo jokes until Halo threatens someone he loves, forcing the brothers into a public power struggle.
