In a sunny, prosperous 1950s suburban town, teenage gardener Beto Echeverria quietly creates a living garden and forest for everyone. When the mayor takes credit and secretly turns it into an illegal dumping site, Beto gathers proof, only to be murdered and buried beneath the toxic waste. His consciousness merges with the plants he grew, awakening a hungry, darkly playful intelligence with strange appetites. Now the garden seeks revenge, assimilating townspeople into Beto’s expanding mind and making the entire town part of itself.
