Book 5 - Empire of Eldoria: Darkmoor

Darkmoor is a horror-fantasy town of vampires, dahampir, and other dark beings, built over caves that hold the Blood Vault prison and a portal to the Shadowfell. After Emperor Christofer Fyreglave unifies Eldoria, he brings Darkmoor into the empire by replacing executions with the Blood Vault, where the empire’s most heinous criminals are fed upon by the town’s citizens, but never killed, except through proper legal channels.
