Deadly Karma

During a violent escape from armed pursuers, timid Tatsuo Kuroshima watches his father die and is taken to a ruthless training camp tied to his family's buried past. The missing briefcase holds a divine Fortune, a subtle blessing from the god of Karma that slightly tips fate toward its bearer. Takeshi once served Karma's cult before fleeing with the blessing, while Kagerou, his old acquaintance, secretly knew their location and was ordered to execute him as the gods weaken and Karma struggles to create new blessings.
