In a corrupt superhero world, former special-operations soldier Evander Wild’s family dies in a staged metahuman incident. Knowing celebrated heroes manufactured casualties to meet a quota, he becomes the vigilante X-Mark and begins hunting villains while uncovering the system behind the deaths.
