Gangland! Shinjuku

Modern-day Shinjuku is ruled by rival delinquent gangs whose supernatural Shackles grant unique powers at the cost of worsening physical or psychological drawbacks. As gangs clash and the corrupt Tochō Task Force hunts them with drawback-free artificial weapons, survival means choosing when to say “Let Me Out!” and when to seal the power away.
