In 2083, a neon-covered futuristic city is ruled by constant crime. When Vansin Alucard witnesses four Ripper gang members cornering a woman in an alley, he overcomes his hesitation, defeats them, and saves her. The woman is Vivian Taylor, who realizes the mysterious, famous merc just rescued her.
