Hikari no Kizu

Hikari no Kizu is a slow-burn coming-of-age romance about Yui Hayashi and Akiri Tanaka, two girls from very different worlds who meet in middle school and gradually become each other’s safest person. As they grow up, they face family trauma, loneliness, school pressures, jealousy, and painful changes while their friendship slowly deepens into love. The series follows them across the years as they learn to trust, heal, and choose each other.
