I woke up in a Broken World

Seven was a criminal hacker on Earth who died when a police raid triggered a propane-tank explosion. He awakens in a technically advanced world with tabletop-fantasy-like powers, guns, and remnants of a civilization ruined by war. Most prewar technology is useless, leaving salvaged machinery and dangerous old systems scattered through the new world.
