Magic city

A gritty modern fantasy anime where law enforcement navigates regulated magic, separate human and magical districts, and uneasy partnerships in a divided city. A magical police bureau enforces licenses, district boundaries, and the rules governing human and magical communities. Everyone resents the bureau until magical criminals, creatures, drugs, potions, or weapons threaten them.
