MIDI, an independent Atlanta artist pioneering Soulara, discovers seven unfinished tracks on his late mentor’s beat machine, each hiding musical clues from around the world. With adventurous filmmaker Asha Rivers, he follows the Rhythm Passport from Atlanta to Accra, Salvador, London, Johannesburg, Tokyo and beyond, finding new sounds, stories and a growing romance along the way.
