Pheonix Rising

Pheonix Rising takes place in mid 2010s Japan and is about a 17 year old born with the powers from a mythical animal called the Pheonix. At first he is unable to use his power, but as time passes, he gradually begins to unlock it. In the meantime though, a dark power arises threatning to take all of Japan to be put under his control.
