Pulse

Pulse, a young American superhero who can emit sound-wave pulses and transform into a sound wave, chases Nyx Ruin, a French political supervillain who uses telekinetic force and fights for workers’ rights through assassination and sabotage. Their pursuit across China is charged by reluctant ideological alignment and mutual attraction until a priority alert sends Pulse to Japan, where he joins a military superhero team against a giant monster created by a rogue scientist, then recovers in superhero care.
