Soul Warrior
A mature supernatural action anime about Ryan Christopher, a 41-year-old man recovering from depression and a near-death experience that opens his eyes to a hidden spiritual war. As demonic forces exploit human weakness and possess the living, Ryan learns to wield mysterious armor that evolves into a divine battle suit. Alongside Detective Destiny Day, he investigates murders tied to the Seven Deadly Sins and a deeper conspiracy. Their partnership grows from skepticism and conflict into trust and slow-burn romance, while Ryan’s journey explores faith, grace, redemption, perseverance, and discovering his calling without treating his suffering as necessary. The series blends cinematic battles, dark fantasy, mystery, crime investigation, humor, romance, Christian themes, and modern urban horror.
