The Forgotten Princess of Roses: (+18) viewers advise

Forgotten by her family, Princess Elizabeth Swan lives quietly in a small cottage on the castle grounds, tending the white roses her late mother loved. Neither hated nor cherished, she has grown into adulthood with no friends or servants—only her garden to ease her loneliness. During a five-year war, her kindness in a medical tent captures the heart of a wounded man. Elizabeth remembers little of the soldier she helped. The Archduke Kane Caspian has never forgotten her. Returning victorious, Kane asks the king for one reward: Elizabeth. Her father grants his request, giving away his daughter as a gift. Promised to a man she believes is a stranger, Elizabeth must face a devotion forged years before—a love so consuming that Kane has secured her hand before ever asking for her heart.
