The Spark

Emily, a girl from a small town outside Rochester, New York, teams up with Spark, a young Black boy who can control matter with a lighter. When a local organization tries to collect the lighters and use them to control governments worldwide, Spark gives Emily one that grants her control over fire, and they fight back together.
