Eighteen years later, APEX: LEGACY follows Apex Legacy, a new person named in his honor who appears to be ordinary before inheriting the original avatar-level evolutionary potential. Bloodborne becomes his morally complicated mentor, forcing Legacy to decide what Apex’s legacy should mean.
