Christine Morales travels to the secluded town of Forley after inheriting a silver crescent pendant and cryptic letter from her late grandmother, Isabel. Her arrival awakens ancient forces and draws her toward Kael Navarro-Hoshino, a brooding werewolf guardian who has spent eighty-four years suppressing his inner beast beneath Blackwood Forest. As Christine begins manifesting soft, silver Moon Magic, their fated bond is threatened by Lucien, an ancient vampire prince bent on revenge against Moon Witches. When Lucien attacks Forley with corrupted undead wolves and Raiken, Kael’s legendary ancestor imprisoned by Eclipse Magic, Christine and Kael must seal their mate bond, break the dark magic, and free Raiken’s soul. Christine’s victory reveals the Moon Cedar has chosen her as guardian, but it also alarms surroundinn g werewolf clans and drives Lucien to rally the vampire houses for war. Then the roots of Blackwood deliver one ominous warning: Run.
